1. What does OEM stand for? What is the difference between OEM and full retail packaging?

OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer. A retail version comes in a fancy box, OEM does not. A retail version contains a printed manual. The customers who purchase a retail version are eligible for tech support and different rebates. With our offer this is not possible - hence cheap prices. You will be able to register the software with the manufacturer. All of these products can be updated on-line.

2. What do I get when I order something from you?

You get CDR(s) with the software on it in an envelope. You also get a Product key, You do not get nor need a COA.

3. How can you sell your software programs for that cheap?

All the software you can order from this site is OEM and DSP software. In the majority of points DSP software is similar to OEM software. ALL COME ON CD-R.

OEM is an acronym for “Original Equipment Manufacturer”. Normally OEM software comes with brand new computers only. DSP (Delivery Service Partner) software is more generic than OEM. It is provided for system integrators for building the so-called “clone” or no-name computers.

The DSP software is absolutely identical to the software found in a full version retail box product. The difference is a printed manual and a box that come with a retail version. DSP software is usually distributed without a box and a printed manual included. As well as OEM, DSP versions often come with only an electronic help manual which is built into the software. Purchasing DSP software one get the full version of the program recorded on a CD-ROM disk and the serial number required for the installation of the program.

Since DSP software is typically sold to more advanced users, system builders and computer consultants there is no technical support provided by the software manufacturer. However, because of the substantial support savings to the manufacturer the DSP and OEM versions are offered for sale at a significantly lower price.

4. Do I have to register my software?

No. You are not required to register the product to activate them,. You are getting corporate editions which do not require REGISTRATION. If you activate them you will be fine. You are able to register the product online and you will be able to receive automatic updates of the programs. When updates are ready to install you will see a popup window or an icon at the right bottom corner of your screen. Then you have to click on the icon and follow the instructions.

6. If I am unhappy can I send it back for a refund?

Yes of course. if you are unhappy at all within the first 30 days simply send it back for a full refund including shipping cost! You risk nothing. We aim to please. If we have to refund you to make you happy then that is what we will do. NO QUESTIONS Asked.
